For L G project financing agreements using SAR Murabaha

The Sharia Committee at the Saudi Investment Bank reviewed the “Murabaha Financing agreements for L G Project” using SAR and relevant Terms and Conditions. The financing mechanism is based on commodities Murabaha, using the following documents:

1. Senior Murabaha Facility Agreement

2. Investment Agency Agreement

3. Common Terms Agreement

4. On-sale Agency Agreement


After reviewing the documents, and introducing necessary changes, the Committee found no Sharia objectionable element in any.
