 With reference to The Saudi Investment Bank’s announcement in Tadawul on 25/11/1447H corresponding to 12/05/2026G regarding inviting the shareholders to participate and vote in the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting (the first meeting) scheduled to be held at 8:00 PM on Thursday 18/12/1447H corresponding to 4/06/2026G, via modern technology means.

The Saudi Investment Bank is pleased to remind its valued shareholders that the e-voting on the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting agenda will be starting from 1:00 am on Sunday at 14/12/1447H corresponding to 31/05/2026G until the end of the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting.
