Terms and Conditions:

• The offer is valid from 20 August to 3 September 2026.
• Upon redeeming WooW loyalty points for AlFursan Miles through the WooW Loyalty Program e-catalog, the customer receives 30% additional Miles from AlFursan program by Saudia, in accordance with the following categories only:
  • Upon redeeming 42,000 points, the customer receives 2,600 Miles (2,000 base Miles + 600 additional Miles).
  • Upon redeeming 208,000 points, the customer receives 13,000 Miles (10,000 base Miles + 3,000 additional Miles).
  • Upon redeeming 624,000 points, the customer receives 39,000 Miles (30,000 base Miles + 9,000 additional Miles).
• The offer applies to all new and existing customers of The Saudi Investment Bank.
• There is no maximum limit to the number of times this offer can be utilized, as the offer applies to all redemption transactions made through the WooW Loyalty Program e-catalog during the offer period.
• The additional Miles will be added to the customer’s AlFursan account within one business day from the date of successfully completing the redemption request, unless prevented by a technical or operational impediment beyond the Bank’s control, or due to regulatory or supervisory requirements; in such case, the Miles will be added as soon as possible after the cause of the impediment has ceased.
• To benefit from the offer, the customer must be a member of both the WooW Loyalty Program by The Saudi Investment Bank and AlFursan program by Saudia.
• The customer bears the responsibility of entering their correct AlFursan membership number, and the Bank bears no responsibility for any errors in this regard.
• In the event the customer faces any issues during redemption, the WooW loyalty points will be automatically reversed, and the customer can try again.
• To view the earned Miles, please refer to the electronic Miles statement in your AlFursan program account.
• The Saudi Investment Bank and Saudia bear no responsibility for:
  • Any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by members, typographical errors, or any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the transaction.
  • Any technical deficiency in the members' devices, versions, applications, or browsers.
  • Any technical failures, including malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in telephone lines or network hardware or software.
  • Any loss or damage arising directly from unauthorized human intervention in the offer systems or its execution mechanism, whenever such intervention is beyond the Bank’s control.
• In the event of any conflict or discrepancy between the Arabic and English texts of these Terms and conditions, the Arabic text alone shall prevail.
• The Saudi Investment Bank reserves the right to amend / stop the campaign offer at any point of time and such changes will be announced. These changes (amendment /stopping) will apply to new customers only who avail the offer post changes if any. However, all customers who have already availed the offer will not be impacted by the changes.
• The Bank reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual from benefiting from the offer if they violate the Terms and Conditions or attempt to tamper with the offer's mechanism through fraudulent or misleading means.
• These Terms and conditions are subject to the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
