Terms and Conditions:

• Offer is valid from 16 to 26 February 2025.
• When the customer redeems his/her WooW points with ALFURSAN miles through WooW E-catalog, he/she will receive an additional 22% in miles from ALFURSAN Program by SAUDIA.
• The customer is responsible for entering his/her correct ALFURSAN membership number, and the bank disclaims any responsibility for errors made in this regard.
• Extra miles will be added to the customer’s account within 2 working days from the redemption date.
• The customer must be a member of both the WooW Rewarding Program from The Saudi Investment Bank and ALFURSAN Program by SAUDIA.
• For any inquiries regarding miles calculation, refer to your miles e-statement in your ALFURSAN account.
• SAIB and SAUDIA Airlines are not responsible for:
  • Any incorrect or inaccurate information whether caused by members, printing errors or any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the process.
  • Any technical deficiencies in the member's devices, updates, applications, or browsers.
  • Any technical failures of any kind, including malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software. Unauthorized human intervention.
  • Any technical or human errors that may occur in the administration process or in collaboration with any third party the Bank works with.
• SAIB reserves the right to amend / stop the offer at any point of time and such changes will be announced. These changes (amendment /stopping) will apply to new customers only who avail the offer post changes if any. However, all customers who have already availed the offer will not be impacted by the changes.
• SAIB reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds or to be acting in violation of these terms and conditions.
• These terms and conditions are subject to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s regulations and laws.
